need do is provide us a list of names with towns and states; for

- How are names searched?
- Our basic subscription allows subscribers to list
individuals with their full, and correct names, including first,
two middle and last names. Our search engine was designed to
require that the last name must be exactly as entered. However, it
uses "Fuzzy" logic for the first name. This means that
we should be able to identify your listed individuals even if a
mortuary or newspaper misspells their given
name. We do not search on the middle names; middle name
entries are only for the convenience of our subscribers.
- Why haven't you answered my e-mail?
- If you are a subscriber, an e-mail from you from the address
that you used when you registered should get through.
Unfortunately, we get several hundred bogus (spam) messages a day.
Our spam filter may move an e-mail from a non-subscriber to the junk
folder. We scan that folder, but may not recognize a legimate
inquiry. If we do not respond to your e-mail, please use the U.S.
Postal Service to send us snail mail. Please see our
Contact page for our address.
